This episode deals with the Mental System in the USA today. It is in sad shape I am afraid to say. I talk about what is good, very little that is. I do not have all the answers however, there is someone  who does or more likely several out there.

“The real history starts in 1947, with the first Federal Mental Health Act. And little has changed since. While there have been many Federal and State laws passed to deal with the Mentally Ill. It is still a mess to put it mildly.”
