Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights also known as the first 10 amendments to the constitution. Because of the fact that it lists things the government can not do often call the List of Negative Amendments. I have 5 podcasts ready to go on each of the 10 amendments.

The Bill of Rights written by James Madison as a way to limit the government to control our lives. Called a bill of negative rights as it tell the government what it can not do. Several states refused to ratify to constitution unless it was included. The “Federalist” (who would become the Democrats) did not want the limits on the Central Government. The “Anti-Federalists” lead by James Madison supported it because they feared a strong federal government.

The Leftist Liberals are winning, just look at the debates they were having. They stated that they would raise taxes, take our guns, give free everything to everyone, from college to health care. Providing single payer health system will force the insurance companies out of business placing millions of people out of work. The Good Lord alone knows how all this would be paid for other then taxes and more taxes. Of course only on the top 1% as usual, however, we all know how that has worked since 1913.

Like hell they win. It is time for the Conservatives to get off the butts and get to work preventing the Socialist, Left from taking over our country. The Democrat Lights AKA Republicans, need to get a backbone and tell the Democratic Leftist Socialist that the country was founded on principles, of Freedom, hard work, Capitalism and Judo-Christian values. Not socialism, which brings up a favorite quote of mine from Vladimir Lenin, “The Goal of Socialism is Communism”!. And if you don’t know who Lenin was Google him, very interesting man from the Russian Revolution of 1917 that led to the USSR under Joseph Stalin, again Google him if you don’t know about the USSR and the wonders of Communism.

Presidents Thomas Jefferson and James Madison fought hard to get a Bill of Rights through the Second Continental Congress as it was truly needed to help prevent what is happening now with an out of control government. Our servants turing to our “Rulers” this is due to the Professional Politician. Who get out of college run for office and never leave. I know that just the leadership of Congress has over a 100 year combined time there. It is time for Term Limits before we lose out rights as American Citizens. I am a strong believer in the “Convention of the States” calling for a Constitutional amendments for term limits, forced balanced budget among others. Please support them here
