The full text of the Second Amendment reads as follows: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This is the subject of my latest podcast. I believe that we are in major danger for losing our rights not just this one. If Lynin Biden wins the election the 2nd Amendment will be gone I thing with in the first 100 days of his term. Please do not thing just because there has been no talk lately about it that the left has forgotten about taking away our guns.
I contend that the Left wants the USA to turn to a socialist country, and all socialist government’s first action is to confiscate all the guns so the population cannot fight back. All the rest of us have to do is look at history to see what happens when a government takes every one’s firearms. From WW II Germany to Venezuela. If you think that the countries attempting “Democratic Socialism” will work since they have for a while now look at what cost they are paying, just think about the tax bill upwards of 70%. Just as a side note the term Democratic Socialism was coined by Vladimir Lenin in 1911 to cover his real goal for a “new” government for Russia following the overthrow of the elected government which was Communism. HIs statement, “The Goal of Socialism is Communism” should scare us all if the Left gains control of the United States Government.
I am not as concerned about the first part of this amendment as I am the last four words. “…Shall not be infringed”. The way I read these words is that all gun laws are a violation of the constitution. Every law infringes on my right to keep and bear firearms. Not just my rights however yours as well. Take a look at what is happening here. “Red Flag” laws which allow any one to call the police and report you as a danger and you have guns, for them to get a warrant and come get your guns. This is one of the Leftist most unconstitutional way to steal your guns, that is what it all about is getting your guns so we can not stop a take over by the Leftist if needed be by force. Which is why we have the 2nd Amendment to stop an out of control government.
